Although craning your neck skywards will become all too familiar as you poke around the city, there are a few other ways to immerse yourself in the metropolis. Atop the countless skyscrapers sits a thriving high-rise bar scene: Ozone, within the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, has dubbed itself the “highest bar in the world” (and at 118 storeys up, it’s hard to argue). Bars such as Skye at Causeway Bay and Cé La Vi in Central, however, also make the most of the warm Hong Kong air.
