Hotel Realm
Both The Realm and its sister hotel Burbury have made their marks on Barton with boast-worthy-dining (Lilotang and Malamay at Burbury; Ostani and Konoba at the Realm) and cool, clean styling. The Realm's amenities might just tip it over the line for now; the Evo Health Club holds a lap pool, steam room and sauna as well as a "technogym", then there's the high-end Mudd the Spa with its extensive treatments. The Realm wins again for business travellers with pop-up offices at the ready.
Location
The home to many government buildings and agencies, the collective pulse of Barton has previously been difficult to locate, with locals favouring nearby Kingston and Forrest. That said, the development of new hotels such as The Realm and Burbury with their accompanying amenities has created commercial and cultural destinations in the area.
