Rooftop renaissance
Designed by Melbourne firm Breathe Architecture and situated in the core of the humming hub of Commonwealth Street, the 29-room Paramount House Hotel is ringed by lively eateries, bars packed with locals and cafes that carefully consider the craft of coffee making. It’s this buzzing inner city Sydney location, coupled with a new two-storey roof extension of Herringbone copper panels that creates an impact even before guests step inside. Photo credit: Tim Ross
