Room types
Find a room
Set over 32 floors, the 595 guest rooms – and 52 suites – at the Marriott all deliver views, whether of the city or across Sydney Harbour. Choose from guest rooms with deluxe king-sized beds or suites with two double beds, perfect for travelling families. Larger groups will love the Presidential Suite, which can accommodate up to six guests at a time.
All rooms have a modern aesthetic, with plush navy headboards, neutral blackout curtains and monochrome bathrooms. Suites also feature a living space with a leather lounge and dining table.
Restaurants and bars
The Marriott’s on-site restaurant is the hatted Silvester’s, helmed by French chef Raphael Szurek, who serves up a Modern Australian menu. Find the open-plan restaurant on the ground floor and watch the kitchen buzz during breakfast and dinner.
Silvester’s is open for a classic continental breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday, and from Thursday to Saturday for dinner. Check the website ahead of your visit – Szurek regularly hosts special experiences, such as a seven-course Chef’s Table degustation.
Looking for more relaxed fare? Customs House Bar can also be found on the ground floor. Enjoy an extensive range of microbrews and craft beers alongside elevated pub fare including lobster rolls and daily specials such as fish tacos or classic chicken schnitzel.
Travel for work
Each room is equipped with a desk and an ergonomic chair as well as high-speed wired and wireless internet. For a change of scenery, head downstairs to the Greatroom near the lobby for work stations that are ideal for taking meetings. With 14 flexible function rooms kitted out with AV facilities, the Marriott can host up to 250 guests for larger functions and provide catering and event planners as needed.
Pool and gym
The hotel has a heated indoor pool and a fully equipped gym (including exercise bikes, rowing and elliptical machines). There are also Pilates or yoga classes and a sauna at the hotel’s Fitness Centre and Terrace – it’s open 24 hours a day all week long.
You can also book one of the hotel’s Spa Suites, where a generous whirlpool spa tub awaits.
