Brunch Fiends Should Head to Three Blue Ducks in Bronte
Tetsuya alumni Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson are the brains behind Three Blue Ducks in Bronte. Focusing on sustainability and local produce, the café/restaurant sources ingredients from its kitchen garden to dish up some of the best brunch in Sydney. Its signature dish – scrambled eggs with black sausage, dill cucumber yoghurt and red currant jam – draws a large crowd on weekends but we guarantee it’s worth the wait. For those heading north to Byron Bay, the boys’ other offering, The Farm, offers unique farm-to-table dining while the Rosebery restaurant serves up plates in line with what's available at the Bronte outpost.
Location
There’s so much to love about laidback Bronte. Swimmers make the most of its glorious saltwater lap pool while the park plays host to family picnics and occasional cricket games. Cafés, change rooms, and a children’s playground mean you can easily spend the day.
