Once upon a time in Adelaide there was a man who sold burgers from the back of a bicycle under the name of Veggie Velo. Then there was another mobile food vendor called Smooth Revolution, which made juices and smoothies with a twist – getting its customers to jump on a cycle that powered a mobile blender.The two have joined forces to create a bricks and mortar shopfront that squeezes vegan, house-made goodness into juices, soups, salads, hot pots, curries, wraps, protein balls and raw cakes in Regent Arcade, off Rundle Mall. Try a freshly made cold-pressed  juice, a smoothie with vegan protein powder or a “coffee” made with cold brewed dandelion, dates, vegan vanilla ice-cream and almond milk. Virtuous and delicious.

Location

Regent Arcade, located between Grenfell Street and Rundle Mall, has brightened up recently with the addition of a string of young businesses selling clothing, food, coffee and flowers. Try nearby espresso bar Larry & Ladd and kick back with a coffee and magazine.
