Three of Adelaide's Best Boutiques

South Australia’s annual celebration of all things stylish, The Adelaide Fashion Festival, is celebrating its eighth anniversary this year (October 22-25). It is a showcase of some of the region’s finest fashion designers as well as an appreciation of South Australian photography, makeup, art, food and wine. If you find yourself in Adelaide for the festival, do take some time out of your schedule to appreciate some of city’s best boutiques. Here’s our pick of the top three.
Birdcage Boutique
Stocking Australian brands such as C/MEO Collective, Finders Keepers, Keepsake the Label and The Fifth Label, Birdcage Boutique (pictured) is a one-stop shop for standout Australian designs, showcasing a range of clothes – from formalwear to casual staples.
171a The Parade, Norwood
Naomi Murrell
With a background in textile and graphic design, Naomi Murrell started out producing colourful jewellery and accessories with a uniquely “happy” style. She has since released clothing lines, continuing on her appreciation of creating fun yet easy-to-wear iconic pieces.
5 Ebenezer Place, Adelaide
Denim Iniquity
The name might give away the focus of the store, stocking reputable jeans brands including AG, Mavi and Joe’s, but Denim Iniquity has since forged a new name for itself as a strong supporter of Australian labels, bringing timeless essentials from brands such as Jac + Jack and Bassike to the table.
142 King William Road, Hyde Park
