Quench your thirst along a 221-kilometre stretch of Tasmanian coastline during Great Eastern Wine Week (9-18 September). Follow the East Coast Wine Trail  northwards from Bream Creek (a 45-minute drive from Hobart) and visit boutique cellar doors serving some of Tasmania’s finest cool-climate drops, such as Freycinet Vineyard and Devil’s Corner.
