Dishes arrive ready for their close-up, from a soft-shell crab burger, the fried legs sticking out at wicked angles from a vibrant green matcha bun, to a fried cauliflower taco, the golden, charry florets overlaid with pink pickled onion and herb slaw. Some of the most hotly contested real estate in Sandringham, the Bay Road address also boasts excellent coffee thanks to Prahran’s Niccolo beans.
