Where is Courtyard New York Manhattan Midtown West?
The hotel sits on the corner of 10th Avenue and West 34th Street in Manhattan’s Midtown West. The 34th St-Hudson Yards subway station is a block away and Penn Station is a swift eight minute walk. Depending on traffic and time of day, it’s a 40- t0-80-minute car ride from JFK and 25 to 50 minutes from LaGuardia airports.

The design is sleek and modern, with a colour palette of muted greys, browns and blues, with splashes of abstract art on the walls. The bathrooms are spacious, with almost half of them equipped with bathtubs, and all have walk-in showers. Each room is stocked with slippers and terry cloth robes, along with Eco Botanics bath products.
Restaurants and bars
Catria Modern Italian is a light-filled, high-ceilinged eatery with an impressive “living wall” of greenery and a delightful flotilla of tiny bird mobiles hanging from the large skylight. The airy 135-seat restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch (try their signature Catria burger with twice-cooked fries) and dinner (the grilled flatiron steak with polenta cake is popular).
Sustainability
The hotel operates in line with Marriott’s 2025 Sustainability and Social Impact Goals and Courtyard does its bit, from recycling bins in the rooms to a food waste recycling program in the kitchen.
Travel for work
There is more than 150 square metres of flexible meeting space, with AV capabilities. Facilities include a boardroom, a pre-function spot and the conference-style Endeavour Rooms with moveable dividing walls to accommodate different sized groups.
Spa and gym
The fitness centre is open 5am to 11pm and has a space-age feel with a central circle of ceiling lights illuminating a wide range of equipment including Pelotons, sitting bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and free weights.
