Ai Fiori – “among the flowers” in Italian – is the Langham’s Michelin-starred restaurant, which is always festooned with gorgeous floral arrangements. Specialising in a French/Italian Riviera style of cuisine, it has become a destination for pasta connoisseurs – the Trofie Nero (squid ink pasta) is a go-to dish. Bar Fiori is a stylish and bustling nightspot with an award-winning wine list and a popular signature cocktail, the Royal Blush, a vodka martini with a champagne topper. The Langham Club is a lavish private retreat for those in Executive Club rooms and suites, with complimentary breakfast buffet and omelette chef, snacks and drinks during the day and full bar with cocktails and canapes at night. 

Sustainability

The hotel is EarthCheck certified. There are recycling bins in every room, no plastic water bottles, and any food waste from the restaurants is reduced to grey water. The hotel has monthly sustainability campaigns focusing on different areas and staff do regular community service hours, volunteering in homeless shelters and carrying out charity work.
