A State of Grace celebrates two of the most lauded musicians in history, Tim and Jeff Buckley, and offers a moving portrait of their complicated yet brilliant lives.

Produced by New York-based guitarist Gary Lucas, who co-wrote ‘Grace’ and ‘Mojo Pin’, the tribute show will recapture the music that tied the Buckleys together.

“The music of Jeff and Tim Buckley is timeless and gracefully transcendental,” said Lucas, who sees this project as the culmination of his association with Jeff Buckley. “It lives forever in the hearts of those who have been touched by it. And it will continue to reverberate around the globe and seduce new listeners.”

The show brings together performances by The Church frontman Steve Kilbey, as well as international stars Martha Wainwright, Casper Clausen, Willy Mason, Camille O’Sullivan and Cold Specks, all backed by Lucas’ band Gods & Monsters.

A State of Grace begins in Melbourne on September 23, followed by Brisbane (September 25 and 26), Sydney (September 27), Melbourne (September 29) and Canberra (September 30).
