Getting around
From the airport: Kingscote Airport is located 14 kilometres from the main town of Kingscote. Other larger towns of Penneshaw (51km) and American River (29km) are also not far. Car hire and transfers are available at the airport.
Explore the island: You'll need to hire a car or go on an organised tour to see the best of the island. Due to its size, there is no public transport or taxis available.
