Los Angeles International airport (LAX) is the busiest and largest airport on the US west coast. It's located 33km (20 miles) from the city centre and 50km (31 miles) from Disneyland.
Flights and terminal information
Qantas flights arrive and depart from Tom Bradley International Terminal.
All Qantas customers arriving from Australia must clear customs and immigration in Los Angeles.
There is a service desk located outside each arrivals area to assist customers with onward connections.
The following oneworld carriers also operate from Tom Bradley International Terminal:
British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia and Japan Airlines.
American Airlines flights
Domestic flights arrive and depart from multiple terminals at LAX. Check in at Terminal 4 (Gates 40-49, 110-159) or Terminal 5 (Gates 50-59). American Airlines domestic US and international flights depart and arrive from Terminal 4, 5 and Tom Bradley International Terminal.
International flights depart from Terminal 4.
International flights arrive at Tom Bradley International Terminal.
Alaska Airlines flights
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Alaska Airlines flights arrive and depart from Terminal 6.
