The following fees apply to all bookings made directly with Qantas Group Travel. The fees will be included at the time of confirming your quote with Qantas Group Travel and are in addition to any other fees associated with a Qantas Group Travel booking such as change or pre-seating fees.

The Qantas Group Travel team will endeavour to provide a quote within two working days. For group quote requests within two days of departure, or where multiple itineraries are required, call Qantas Group Travel on 13 26 24.
