Claim points for flights

As a Qantas Business Rewards member, your business earns Qantas Points on top of the points earned by the traveller when the Frequent Flyer number and the business's ABN is added to the booking.


If you're missing Qantas Points and the flight meets the below criteria, you are able to claim for missing points.



Qantas flights


The flight must:
  • be booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards
  • have been be taken at least 14 days before submitting a claim
  • must have been be taken within the last 12 months
  • have a 'QF' flight number and be operated by Qantas, American Airlines or Emirates
  • have been purchased in Australia
  • have a ticket number commencing in '081'. Read all exclusions

Claim for flights taken within last 90 days

Claim for flights taken within 90 days to 12 months

Call the Qantas Business Rewards Contact Centre on 13 74 78 (available 7am to 7pm AEST, Monday to Friday). Call +61 2 8222 2563 when outside Australia. The Contact Centre can assist if the traveller's Frequent Flyer details don't match their travel documents. Keep your travel documentation until the claim appears in Points activity.




Jetstar flights


Certain Jetstar fares can earn your business Qantas Points. If you're missing Qantas Points, first check if your flight is eligible here. To submit a claim, call Jetstar Contact Centre on 13 15 58, available 24 hours, 7 days a week. View contact numbers if outside Australia. Keep your travel documentation until the claim appears in Points Activity.
