To use Qantas Points towards in-store purchases, let the salesperson know you'd like to use points towards your purchase, scan your digital Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App and when prompted select ‘Use Qantas Points’. Eligibility
To earn Qantas Points, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members can earn 2 Qantas Points per $1 spent online on eligible transactions at Skechers, Hype DC, Platypus Shoes, Stylerunner, UGG, Merrell, Dr. Martens, Timberland, Subtype, The Athlete’s Foot, Saucony and Herschel (excluding Hoka), and in-store on eligible transactions in Australia at Skechers, Hype DC, Platypus Shoes, Stylerunner, UGG, Merrell, Vans, Dr. Martens, Timberland, Subtype, The Athlete’s Foot, Saucony, and Hoka (excluding Herschel), excluding gift cards and shipping fees. To earn points in-store, a member must present a digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at payment. To earn points online, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their Skechers, Hype DC, Platypus Shoes, Stylerunner, UGG, Merrell, Dr. Martens, Timberland, Subtype, The Athlete’s Foot, Saucony and Herschel account and be logged into that account during checkout. To use Qantas Points, an order must contain a minimum of $12 of eligible products. The minimum redemption amount is 2,000 Qantas Points for $12 off. When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?
When shopping in-store, members need to present and scan their Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of payment. When shopping online, members must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their brand account and be logged into that account during checkout.
How long until I get my Qantas Points?
For in-store purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of purchase.
For online purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect orders will be treated as the date of collection.
