    In the event you cancel
    - Four weeks or more prior to the flight’s scheduled departure you will receive a refund of 50% of the points. 
    - Within four weeks of your flight's scheduled departure, you will not receive any refund.

    If Chimu cancels the flight, or the flight is canceled due to government restrictions, no fees will apply and you will be provided a 100% points refund. The Qantas Conditions of Carriage apply. To ensure all passengers can enjoy the view from the window, the flight will operate a seat swap process during the flight with three other passengers. The Qantas staff onboard will facilitate the seat swap and provide instructions on the cleaning regime required during the process.
