How can I find my Qantas Frequent Flyer number?
You'll find it on your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership card as well on the top of your Qantas Frequent Flyer emails. If you're still in the dark, you can contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

How is the winner selected?
After the competition closes on 31 August 2019, each entry received will be judged based on the originality and creativity of their response, to determine the competition winner.

How do I find out whether I’ve won the competition?
A member of the Qantas team will contact the winner using the phone number and email address listed on their Qantas Frequent Flyer profile, and the winner’s name will be announced on this page by 13 September 2019.

How many family members can the winner bring on the prize holiday?
The prize includes flights, accommodation and experiences for two adults and two children under the age of 18 years old.

Prize: There will be one (1) prize, which includes four (4) return Qantas or Jetstar economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Cairns (no international flights to Australia will be provided), three (3) nights’ accommodation in Riley, a Crystalbrook Resort’s Family Sea Room with breakfast daily and a $250 resort credit, four (4) days Avis car hire, a Great Barrier Reef snorkelling cruise for four (4) and an Outer Reef scenic helicopter flight for four (4) people. The total maximum prize pool is A​$11,835. Prize travel and accommodation must be booked for dates outside of blackout periods which include 6–9 November, 25 December, and 31 December 2019.  Prize travel and accommodation must be completed by 31 March 2020. Judging: The winner will be judged between 2 September and 11 September 2019 by Qantas representatives. All decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Members will earn 10 Qantas Points per A$1 value spent on carbon offsetting for eligible flights booked at qantas.com. The points awarded are rounded up to the nearest point. Qantas Points can be split between two or more members within the same booking, as long as each member provide their Qantas Frequent Frequent Flyer membership number when booking. Eligible flights means domestic or international flights departing from Australia that you book on qantas.com, where the option to Fly Carbon Neutral is provided.
