Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on retail flooring products, window furnishings, tiles and services purchased from Carpet Court retail stores or online.

Eligible products are all retail flooring products, window furnishings, tiles and services purchased from Carpet Court retail stores or online.

You'll need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details in store at time of payment, or online at checkout. If you're unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of transaction, you'll be unable to earn Qantas Points.

Unfortunately, you can only earn Qantas Points if you provide your details at time of purchase. Qantas Points will not be earned for Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details that are provided retrospectively.

You can find your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in the top panel of a Qantas Frequent Flyer email. Alternatively, you can check the Qantas App for your account details and points balance. Unfortunately, if you can't provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase you'll be unable to earn Qantas Points on your transaction.

Carpet Court are waiving the $99.95 joining fee for all Carpet Court customers, so you can join for free Once you complete the form you'll receive your Qantas Frequent Flyer number via email. You can use this immediately when finalising your purchase at any Carpet Court retail store.

No, Qantas Points can only be credited to one account. This account will be the one tagged at the time of transaction.

Enquiries can be logged by completing the enquiry form at Tony to provide form information you will need to provide the following information for your query to be followed up by Carpet Court and Qantas Frequent Flyer:

  • Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number
  • Your full name
  • Carpet Court store where purchase was made
  • Date of purchase
  • $ amount of purchase
  • Copy of your invoice

No, you'll only earn Qantas Points on the invoice amount which is calculated before any payment method is determined.

Your points will be allocated and visible in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 60 days of product delivery date or completed installation. Points will only be allocated if payment of invoiced amount has been received in full.
