Eligibility

Members can earn 2 Qantas Points per $1 spent online on eligible transactions in Australia at Herschel, excluding gift cards and shipping fees. To earn points online, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their Herschel account and be logged into that account during checkout. If a member is unable to provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of the transaction, they will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Eligibility for earning Qantas Points could be subject to change at any given time in the future.

When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?

When shopping online, members must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their Herschel account and be logged into that account during checkout.

How long until I get my Qantas Points?

For online purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect orders will be treated as the date of collection.
