What you need to know
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee normally applies, but will be waived for Kayo customers who join online.

Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions
Membership, and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are new to Kayo can earn Qantas Points on the following plans when they sign up via the dedicated Frequent Flyer portal:
- Kayo One ($25 per month) - earn 1,000 bonus Qantas Points when you sign up, plus 100 points each month you renew your subscription (including your first month); and
- Kayo Basic ($35 per month) - earn 1,000 bonus Qantas Points when you sign up, plus 100 points each month you renew your subscription (including your first month).
New Kayo Sports customers who sign up by 31 January 2025 will also receive an additional 1,000 Qantas Points if you stay subscribed to Kayo Sports for six months.
This offer is only available to new Kayo customers, or Kayo customers who have not held a subscription with Kayo in the last 12 months, who are Qantas Frequent Flyer members.
Members will not be able to earn Qantas Points in conjunction with any other Kayo offer or via third party billing platforms. For clarity, the 100 points per month will not be awarded in conjunction with any other promotion. Members must provide a valid Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname associated with their Qantas Frequent Flyer account when they sign up to Kayo. Cancelled subscriptions will not be eligible to earn Qantas Points. Kayo subscriptions renew automatically each month, at standard pricing. Kayo Sports is available for use in Australia only.
