This means you could be eligible if you are a new customer of Red Energy, or an existing customer of Red Energy signing up to a new supply address. Customers will be awarded with 10,000 bonus Qantas Points for electricity and/or 5,000 bonus Qantas Points for gas within 21 days of the first electricity and/or gas bill being paid in full. Bonus Qantas Points will only be awarded once if you change energy providers and move back to Red Energy within 12 months. Available to residential customers in eligible areas of VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and ACT. Offer period begins on 15 August 2022 and is ongoing, unless the offer is withdrawn earlier. A referred customer will receive one A$25 eGift Card or 1,500 Qantas Points once their residential electricity and/or gas account has been transferred to Red. A referring customer will receive one A$25 eGift Card or 1,500 Qantas Points once the referred customer's electricity and/or gas account has been transferred to Red, provided the referring customer still has a residential electricity account with Red and has paid any outstanding amounts on their Red account(s). An eligible customer must be on a Qantas Red plan to choose 1,500 Qantas Points. Eligible customers will be issued with a Reward Code to Redeem their selected Reward, which must be activated within three months of the Reward Code being issued or else access to the relevant reward will be forfeited. How long until I get my Qantas Points?
Bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 21 days of paying your first electricity and/or gas bill with Red Energy.
Qantas Points will be earned per $1 on your electricity and/or gas bills when you pay on time. Your Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of you paying your bill on time. If your points have not been credited, when you think they should be, contact Red Energy
New or existing residential electricity customers in eligible areas of ACT, NSW, VIC, SA and QLD who sign up to a Qantas Red plan, add GreenPower to their plan and are a Qantas Frequent Flyer will have their plan count towards completing a Green Tier activity in the Sustainable lifestyle category. For existing members who are on a Qantas Red plan and add GreenPower to their plan, the plan will also be recognised as a Green Tier activity within 7 days of ongoing Qantas Points being earned per dollar on your electricity and/or gas bill, when you pay the full amount on each bill by the due date. For new members, the plan will be recognised as a Green Tier activity within 40 days of signing up to a Qantas Red plan, once Red Energy becomes responsible for your electricity and/or gas account. GreenPower is charged as an additional rate to your standard electricity usage charges and may be varied by written notice in accordance with relevant laws. For details on Red Energy’s 100% accredited GreenPower product Your Green Tier activity will remain complete for the duration in which you are signed up to a Qantas Red plan and have GreenPower added to your account. Qantas Frequent Flyers who have achieved Green Tier status are eligible to earn their choice of one (1) of three (3) available rewards. The option to select a reward will appear in My Account up to 21 days after the member has achieved Green Tier. The choice of 10,000 Qantas Points or 50 Status Credits or three tonnes of Carbon offset must be made within 90 days of achieving Green Tier status. Limit of one reward per individual per Membership Year. Once the application is complete there is no change of mind on the chosen reward. If no reward is chosen within the specified timeframe the reward will be forfeited.
