You'll need to download the Saveful App via your device's app store in order to complete the surveys.
Once you have downloaded the Saveful App via your device’s app store you can link it with your Qantas Frequent Flyer account via the settings menu in the Saveful App. You will be directed to a page to login to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account in order to link it with the Saveful App.
You should allow up to seven days for this to reflect in your Green Tier progress.
You'll receive 100 bonus Qantas Points within seven days after you have linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with the Saveful App and completed four weekly surveys in the app.
Provided you have successfully linked the Saveful App with your Qantas Frequent Flyer account and completed the in-app surveys four times the 100 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded to your account within seven days.
Each weekly survey is valid for seven days only. They only take a few minutes to complete and must be completed in one sitting.
No, you don’t need to complete the four weekly surveys consecutively. As long as you have linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer account and completed four weekly surveys in total within the current membership year then you will earn the 100 Qantas Points and have this count towards your Green Tier progress.
To link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with Saveful, go to the settings menu in the Saveful App, click ‘Linked Accounts’ and follow the prompts.
You need to link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with your Saveful profile before completing the surveys in order for them to count towards your Green Tier progress. If you have already started tracking your weekly food waste via Saveful, simply link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account and keep up the good work. Once you have completed the next four weekly track surveys this will be counted towards your Green Tier progress.
Yes, as long as you have linked your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with Saveful and complete four track surveys in the Saveful App each year, this activity will count towards your Green Tier progress for that given year.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members who download the Saveful App, link their Qantas Frequent Flyer account and their Saveful profile and complete four weekly in-app surveys will earn 100 bonus Qantas Points. Members can earn a maximum of 100 Qantas Points as part of this offer each Membership year. Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program Terms and Conditions Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within seven days. This activity will be recognised as a Green Tier activity within seven days of completion and will be recognised as a Green Tier activity once per Membership year. Qantas Frequent Flyer members can only link one Qantas Frequent Flyer account with their Saveful profile.
Eligibility
Green Tier Eligibility: To be eligible for Green Tier status, Qantas Frequent Flyer members must complete one activity in five out of six Green Tier categories in a Membership Year. Members must be residing in Australia with an Australian residential address in their profile. Members must be logged in to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account when completing the relevant activity (for example, booking an eco-accredited hotel) and residing in Australia with an Australian residential address in their profile.
When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?
Members need to provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer number via the linking page in the Saveful App.
How long until I get my Qantas Points?
Provided you have successfully linked the Saveful App with your Qantas Frequent Flyer account and completed four weekly surveys the 100 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded to your account within seven days.
