Frequently asked questions
Points required range from 500 Qantas Points to 1,500 Qantas Points depending on the product you choose.
All orders made with Stampix need to be paid for in full using Qantas Points. Points Plus Pay and cash payments are not available on Stampix orders.
Once you’ve selected the product and photos you want to print and confirmed your contact and delivery details you will be directed to a page with your order details. To proceed with placing your order click ‘Use Qantas Points’ and login to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to redeem.
Photos will be printed and sent to you within two weeks after you place your order.

Please allow up to three days for support requests via Stampix support to be answered.
If your photos are not printed yet, you can change your delivery address with Stampix directly.
If your photos have already been printed, Stampix allows you to change your delivery address once.

Orders can only be cancelled if your photos have not yet been printed. Contact Stampix via their helpdesk if you need help with an order.

Eligibility
Qantas Frequent Flyer members are eligible to use Qantas Points with Stampix. Delivery is only available in Australia. Qantas Frequent Flyer members can redeem Qantas Points on Classic, Retro Classic and Postcard print products with Stampix. Qantas Points can only be used as a form of payment with Stampix on orders placed via the dedicated Qantas Frequent Flyer Stampix page and are not available on orders placed directly with Stampix or via another Stampix partner site. Points will be deducted from your Qantas Frequent Flyer account immediately after you place an order. By proceeding with a transaction with Stampix, you are agreeing to Stampix using your data for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction.
When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?
Members need to provide Stampix with their Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the time of placing their order via qantas.stampix.com.
