Loyalty Bonus

- For a seamless travel experience, ensure you check in online before you arrive at the airport using the Qantas App or via My bookings from 24 hours before departure. Your digital boarding pass will show all relevant information, including your membership status.
- For domestic flights, priority check-in is available at select airports. For international flights, check in at any First counter regardless of your class of travel - or Business counter where no first counters are available.

Priority boarding is available at selected airports when travelling with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket.

Classic Upgrade Reward requests
- Enjoy top priority for International Classic Upgrade Reward requests. Where possible, requests will be confirmed from seven days prior to departure, via SMS.
- Use points to request a Classic Upgrade Reward for an eligible family member. Where possible, it’ll be processed at the Platinum One priority level, even if you're not travelling.
- Use Qantas Points to request an upgrade to Business in the Qantas App up to three hours (but not less than 25 minutes) before departure on selected Australian domestic Qantas flights and selected domestic legs of Qantas international flights.
Fly home sooner
- When travelling on a flexible Qantas domestic fare, you can take an earlier flight.
- Any fare differential will be waived if the same fare class isn't available.

Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold, Platinum and Platinum One members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete their first eligible stay. Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold members and above will earn 1 Reward point per A$2 spent on eligible Qantas flights. Points will be calculated based on eligible spend. Eligible Spend is the price paid for the seat including fare and carrier charges, but excluding government imposed taxes or optional fees such as seats, bags, upgrades. ALL Reward points will be earnt in addition to Qantas Points and Status Credits. Members add their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to their booking before flying in order to earn the ALL Reward points. Eligible Flights are any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on your ticket where Qantas Points are normally earned.
