Here's how to use your Reward Code
Scan your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card from within the Qantas App or your device's digital wallet at a participating retailer
When prompted, select the option to use your Qantas Points on the pinpad
Enter the unique Reward Code found on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card to finalise your transaction
Important: Your Reward Code is different to your Qantas Frequent Flyer login PIN. After you use Qantas Points, the Reward Code displayed on your digital Frequent Flyer card will change; enabling you to have a unique code each time you use points with a participating retailer. For your security, please do not share your Reward Code or any screenshots of your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card.

Use Qantas Points at bp
Use Qantas Points to cover fuel and other eligible in-store purchases at bp. Simply scan your digital card at the counter, choose to use points and enter your Reward Code to finalise your transaction. Make sure you’re a BP Rewards member so you can also earn points on the same transaction.

Yes, the Reward Code is different to your account PIN. Your Reward Code is a four-digit one-time code that can be used to complete your redemption transaction. This is displayed on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card, which you can find in your digital wallet or Qantas App.
To ensure member security when using points with our partners in-store, you'll need to enter your Reward Code that is found on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card, and not your account PIN. Your Reward Code will be refreshed after each successful transaction. Please do not share your Reward Code.
You can use your Reward Code to redeem Qantas Points at participating bp stores and eligible restaurants.
To view the Reward Code on your digital card in the Qantas app, make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app.
To view the Reward Code in your digital wallet, make sure you've refreshed or manually updated your Qantas Frequent Flyer Card in Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Check your internet connectivity - to see your Reward Code you need to have an active internet connection. Once you'e successfully connected to the internet, click on ‘Try again’ button on the member card available on app or refresh your Apple wallet pass.
The majority of devices have a digital wallet app preloaded, depending on the device. For Apple iPhones, the app is called ‘Wallet’ and on Android devices, the app is called ‘Google Pay’. If your device does not have the app, it can be downloaded from the app store. Once you have a digital wallet app on your device, you can add your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card

You may not be prompted to redeem Qantas Points for the following conditions:
if you've opted out from Redemption In-store
you haven't made an eligible purchase
you don't have the minimum points required for redemption (minimum 1,900 points)
you've exceeded the daily transaction limit of $300
it isn't a participating bp site
You may have locked your Reward Code by entering an invalid code three times on the payment terminal. Your Reward Code will be unlocked automatically in 24 hours.
You'll be prompted to use your Qantas Points in-store if you scan your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card, if you have a minimum of 1,900 points and your eligible transaction is at least $10. You can manage your account preferences if you wish to change this.
