Use the Reward Code found on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card to redeem Qantas Points at participating retail partners.
Here's how to use your Reward Code
Scan your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card from within the Qantas App or your device's digital wallet at a participating retailer
When prompted, select the option to use your Qantas Points on the pinpad
Enter the unique Reward Code found on your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card to finalise your transaction
Important: Your Reward Code is different to your Qantas Frequent Flyer login PIN. After you use Qantas Points, the Reward Code displayed on your digital Frequent Flyer card will change; enabling you to have a unique code each time you use points with a participating retailer. For your security, please do not share your Reward Code or any screenshots of your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card.

Use Qantas Points at bp
Use Qantas Points to cover fuel and other eligible in-store purchases at bp. Simply scan your digital card at the counter, choose to use points and enter your Reward Code to finalise your transaction. Make sure you’re a BP Rewards member so you can also earn points on the same transaction.

Qantas Points can be redeemed in-store at eligible BP Rewards sites for all of your eligible purchases by scanning a Qantas Frequent Flyer barcode and entering the Reward Code found in the Qantas App or QFF digital card. The standard redemption rate is 1,900 Qantas Points for $10 off and you must meet a minimum purchase of $10 per eligible transaction.
