Tax invoice
Australian residents can request a tax invoice for your eTicket, bags, seats or carbon offset purchases made in Australian dollars on the Qantas website or App for up to two years after purchase.
If your purchase was not made on the Qantas website or App, or you're still having issues submitting the form contact your local Qantas Office to request your receipt.
