By participating in the “Just Got Back From” Campaign, you:
(a) confirm that you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and aged 18 years or older;
(b) assign Qantas, and its related bodies corporate, the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and reproduce all contents of your submission, including photographs, images, and your likeness in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print, digital, online, social media, and advertising materials;
(c) acknowledge that your participation in this Campaign is voluntary and no royalties or compensation will be payable to you;
(d) release and discharge Qantas, its related bodies corporate and all affiliated parties from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of the photographs, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity;
(e) acknowledge that submissions made cannot be deleted or edited once submitted; and
(f) acknowledge that your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Qantas Group Privacy Policy
