Fitted with state-of-the-art technology to ensure a smoother flight by reducing turbulence and aircraft vibrations, and improving noise quality, every seat has been designed to offer the ultimate in comfort.
The windows in our Dreamliner are some of the largest in the sky, providing an increased sense of space. Electronic controls make it easy to regulate the amount of light that comes through.
The aircraft has 236 seats - 42 Business, 28 Premium Economy and 166 Economy seats.

Our 787 destinations
Step onboard our Dreamliner when you fly with us on selected routes between Australia and the following destinations:
- Auckland, New Zealand;
- London (LHR), UK;
- Rome, Italy;
- Paris (CDG), France;
- Santiago, Chile;
- USA - Dallas/Fort Worth, Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York (JFK) and San Francisco; and
- Vancouver, Canada.
Note: all flights are subject to last minute aircraft changes, and not all flights are operated exclusively by the 787 Dreamliner.
Naming our 787 fleet
Each of our Dreamliners are named after Australian icons, including animals, places and literature. Eight of the iconic names were voted for by our customers, and Great Southern Land was chosen for the first aircraft.
