- To celebrate the achievement of reaching Platinum status, from May 2024 members can select an eco-friendly gift.
- Gifts can be chosen in ‘My Account’ from the day you achieve Platinum up to six months later.
Loyalty Bonus
- We thank you for every 500 Status Credits you earn on eligible Qantas or Jetstar flights with a Loyalty Bonus of 8,000 Qantas Points or 50 Status Credits.
- Loyalty Bonuses can be earned up to four times each Membership Year, to a maximum Loyalty Bonus of 32,000 Qantas Points or 200 Status Credits and count towards Lifetime status.
Platinum Bonus Reward
Reach 2,400 Status Credits on eligible flights in one Membership Year to receive your Platinum Bonus Reward. Choose between 50,000 Qantas Points or complimentary Gold membership for a family member or friend.
Status Hold

When accessing the domestic lounges, you may bring two guests and up to two children aged 4 to 17 years. Guests need to be travelling on a Qantas, Jetstar, oneworld or eligible partner-marketed and operated flight that same day.

Priority baggage
Regardless of which class you’re travelling in, your bags will receive priority and be some of the first to be delivered to the baggage carousel when travelling on Qantas operated flights with a QF flight number on your ticket.

Priority check-in
- For a seamless travel experience, ensure you check in online before you arrive at the airport using the Qantas App or via My bookings from 24 hours before departure. Your digital boarding pass will show all relevant information, including your membership status.
- For domestic flights, priority check-in is available at select airports. For international flights, check in at any First counter regardless of your class of travel - or Business counter where no first counters are available.
Priority boarding
Priority boarding is available at selected airports when travelling with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket.
Fast track security lanes
Use our dedicated premium lanes to speed through security at Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney (T3) domestic airports.
Waitlist and standby priority
When waitlisted or on standby, while travelling on a fare that allows it, Platinum members receive priority over Gold, Silver and Bronze Frequent Flyers.
Earn 100% more Qantas Points on Qantas group and American Airlines flights
In recognition of your status, you earn 100% more points than Bronze members on eligible flights* with Qantas, Jetstar and American Airlines.
Early access to Classic Flight Reward seats
- Receive early access to Classic Flight Rewards on Qantas operated flights, compared to Gold, Silver, Bronze Frequent Flyers.
- Classic Flight Rewards are generally the best value way to use Qantas Points on flights and can be booked on Qantas, Jetstar, oneworld member and partner airlines. Availability is strictly limited.
Classic Upgrade Reward requests
- Receive priority over Gold, Silver and Bronze Frequent Flyers for international Classic Upgrade Reward requests.
- Upgrades can be requested via the Qantas App or qantas.com up to 10 hours prior to departure for international flights, and 5 hours for domestic flights.
Complimentary seat selection
Seat selection is complimentary on Qantas operated international and domestic (excluding QantasLink) flights with a QF flight number on your ticket.

- Priority waitlist/airport standby: receive Emirates waitlist priority over Gold, Silver and Bronze Qantas Frequent Flyer members (on fares allowing waitlist or airport standby).

Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold, Platinum and Platinum One members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete their first eligible stay. Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold members and above will earn 1 Reward point per A$2 spent on eligible Qantas flights. Points will be calculated based on eligible spend. Eligible Spend is the price paid for the seat including fare and carrier charges, but excluding government imposed taxes or optional fees such as seats, bags, upgrades. ALL Reward points will be earnt in addition to Qantas Points and Status Credits. Members add their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to their booking before flying in order to earn the ALL Reward points. Eligible Flights are any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on your ticket where Qantas Points are normally earned.
