Singapore (Changi) airport
Singapore Changi airportOpens in a new tab or window (SIN) or simply Changi Airport, is one of the largest transportation hubs in Southeast Asia, located 20km (12.5 miles) from the city centre.
Flights
There are four terminals at Singapore Changi airport and Qantas flights QF1 to 399 operate from Terminal 1.
Jetstar Asia operates from Terminal 4.
Please note that some terminals may be closed due to COVID-19 or upgrade works.

Check-in
Check-in is located on the departures level, Terminal 1.
Check-in counters or self-service kiosks for all customers are located at row 8. Check-in commences 4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure and remains open until 1 hour before each flight departure.
Want to explore Jewel before you depart Singapore? Qantas passengers can use the early check-in facilities at the Jewel Lounge from 8am - midnight daily, when check-in opens at the row 8 counters.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight and closes two hours before international flight departures.
For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
At the boarding gate
Customers are reminded that an Australian Government liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGS) restrictions apply. Additional checks are conducted at the gate lounge with all liquids and gels over 100 mls not allowed to be brought onboard including bottled water purchased in the terminal. Duty Free can be purchased and will be brought to the aircraft by Duty Free Sales staff prior to departure (please retain the receipt for collection of Duty Free goods).

Immigration
Immigration have dedicated counters for customers over 60 years of age and for families travelling with young children and infants. These counters are located to the right in the arrivals hall.
Baggage
Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on level 1.
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage services in handled by Singapore Airport Terminal Services Lost and Found. The counter is located in the arrivals hall.

Between terminals

The complimentary Sky-Train operates between Terminals 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, it can be boarded near Gate D40, or from the departures level near check-in row 14.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3, it can be boarded near Gate C1, or from departures level near check-in row 1.
A complimentary shuttle bus service operates between terminal 2 and terminal 4.
The shuttle bus pick-up point at Terminal 2 is located at door 1 in the arrival hall. The drop-off point at Terminal 4 is at the departure hall between Door 3 and 4.
Transferring from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, to Terminal 4. Passengers will need to first make a connection to Terminal 2 via the Skytrain, followed by taking the shuttle bus to Terminal 4.
