Qantas flights QF1-199 operate from Narita Airport Terminal 2.

Qantas codeshare flights (operated by Jetstar) operates from Narita Airport Terminal 3.

Qantas codeshare flights may operate from either Narita or Haneda airports. Check the airport your flight operates from before you travel.

Check-in is open from three hours until one hour prior to each flight departure.

Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes two hours before international flight departures.
