Partner lounges
Partner lounges are operated by, or on behalf of, other airlines at selected ports to which Qantas operates. As partner lounges may only be open to Qantas members two hours before Qantas departures, refer to the specific lounge location for detailed access and eligibility information. The use of complimentary invitations are not permitted in partner lounges.

Child access
Child access is subject to lounge type and various age limitations apply.
Customers under the legal drinking age must be accompanied by an adult in any Qantas operated lounge. The legal drinking age may vary in different jurisdictions and countries.

If you're travelling with more than two children to a Qantas owned and operated lounge, the Qantas lounge manager will try to accommodate them, subject to reviewing the space available.

Complimentary Lounge Invitations
If you have received a Complimentary Lounge Invitation, ensure you have linked your pass to your flight at least 24 hours before departure for smooth access to the lounge. To link your pass, log in to the Complimentary Invitations Portal, click the Lounge Invitation link, and then follow the prompts.
Once the pass has been linked to your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. To access the lounge, present this confirmation email along with your boarding pass at the lounge entrance. You can access the lounge once check-in at the airport opens for your flight until when your flight starts boarding.
