Choose from one or both of the following options to build your trip:
- Fly direct with Qantas between Australia and Singapore, connecting to or from Qantas codeshare flights operated by Bangkok Airways between Singapore and Koh Samui.
- Fly direct with Qantas between Australia and Bangkok, connecting to or from Qantas codeshare flights operated by Bangkok Airways throughout Thailand and Cambodia.

Courtesy Corners are located in:
- Koh Samui international and domestic terminals,
- Trat (Koh Chang) international and domestic terminals, and
- Sukhothai.
Qantas Frequent Flyers
Qantas Frequent Flyers can earn Qantas Points and Status Credits by booking the codeshare flight (‘QF’ airline code). You can also use all points, or a combination of points and cash, to make your holiday dream destination a reality with Points Plus Pay

To benefit from the following special requests, choose a flight operated by Qantas or contact Bangkok Airways directly:
- assistance for children travelling alone,
- medical assistance,
- transporting oxygen for medical purposes, and
- transport on a stretcher.
Missed connections
Sometimes things don't go to plan, and we recognise the impact delays and missed connections can have. In the event this happens to you, below is some key information.
If you missed a connection due to the late arrival of your aircraft, the delivering carrier is responsible for ensuring you make your final destination.
Lost baggage
If your baggage doesn't arrive on the same flight as you, contact the Arrival Service desk of the delivering carrier in the arrivals hall.
