Andrew Lloyd Weber's The Phantom of the Opera will take centre stage at Melbourne’s State Theatre from 2 November as Opera Australia presents Cameron Mackintosh's new production of the iconic show. Over 2.5 hours, be immersed in the story of The Phantom, a musical genius who haunts the Paris Opera House, and his angel of music, Christine Daaé. Expect new staging direction, lighting effects and costume designs, as well as the production's signature tunes (The Music of the Night and All I Ask of You), culminating in a fresh take on a familiar favourite.
