Victoria and Albert Museum
The world’s top design and art museum, the V&A, as it is affectionately known, has an extensive collection of applied and decorative arts and design, including everything from a Ming dynasty porcelain vase to James II’s wedding suit and Rodin’s Age of Bronze sculpture. There’s even an archive dedicated to Glastonbury, and an archive of (often outlandish) outfits worn by John Lennon, Elton John and Prince.
