MCA Launches Spring Yoga Series

Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) will welcome spring with free sunset yoga classes on its rooftop Sculpture Terrace as part of its Lights on Later series of events.

Teaming up with Lululemon Athletica, all levels of vinyasa yogis will be catered for, with classes run by acclaimed Australian and international yoga instructors, including Blissology’s Eoin Finn, Lara Zilibowitz of BodyMindLife and Bryony Lancaster from Egg of the Universe. 

After class, participants can linger on the MCA terrace – which will host Sydney DJs – join a hands-on creative workshop or immerse themselves in the galleries.

Classes will run on Thursdays (5.30pm-6.15pm) from October 15 to January 28. Bookings are recommended at mca.com.au. BYO yoga mat.
