Qantas international arrivals to domestic connections
Customers with domestic connections should collect their bags and proceed through immigration. After exiting immigration, follow the signs to the domestic check-in desks in the main check-in area.

On arrival, customers should collect their bags, clear customs and immigration and proceed to the main check-in area for their onward connection.
Domestic and international connections to Qantas international departures
On arrival at the airport, proceed to the Qantas check-in desks. Locations and departure gate information are displayed on screens throughout the terminal.

There are no ticketing facilities available at the airport. Contact your local Qantas office for assistance with any ticketing or re-booking requirements.
Check-in
Check-in opens from 3 hours before departure for Qantas operated services, and closes 1 hour before departure.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 90 minutes before departure.

Baggage carousels are located on the arrivals level. Information monitors display flight and carousel numbers. Baggage services has a counter located in the baggage collection area.
