Changing your membership
If you're looking to change from a 1, 2 or 4-year Qantas Club membership to a Qantas Club Flexible membership, this will be available once your current membership has expired. Qantas Club Flexible members can change to a 1, 2 or 4-year membership at any time, with the new membership starting immediately. Any remaining days on your Qantas Club Flexible membership will be added to the end of your Qantas Club (1, 2 or 4-year) membership.

Members will need to cancel three or more days before the next Auto-renewal date to avoid the next membership charge being processed. The auto-renewal date will be visible in My Account and the digital Qantas Frequent Flyer membership card.
