Apply for your refund

Submit your refund requests once you've completed your journey. A separate refund request must be submitted per person, per service. 

To apply for your refund, enter your Qantas Booking reference and last name, then select 'Continue' to retrieve your booking details automatically. Once the form is displayed, complete the remainder of the information. 

To request a refund for your Qantas Lounge Pass or Complimentary Lounge Invitation used on a Jetstar flight, email us quoting your Frequent Flyer number, Qantas Lounge Pass or Complimentary Lounge Invitation number and flight details.
