Vancouver International Airport

Qantas flights QF75 and QF76 arrive and depart from the Main terminal.

Codeshare flights operated by other airlines also arrive and depart from the Main terminal. 

There are no ticketing facilities available. Contact Qantas within North America for assistance.

Check-in counters and self-service kiosks are open 4 hours prior to departure for Qantas operated services, and close 1 hour before departure. 

For Qantas codeshare flights, check in with the operating carrier.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Regardless of your final destination, you must collect your baggage and clear customs in Canada.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall after passport processing.

A free shuttle bus is available between the Main terminal and South terminal.  

Domestic, international and USA flights operate out of the Main terminal and regional flights operate out of the South terminal.

If you’re transferring to a domestic flight with Air Canada, collect your bags, clear customs and make your way to the domestic section and check in again for your next flight.   

If your connecting flight is with WestJet, collect your bags, clear customs and proceed through the arrivals hall where you’ll find their service counters to check in for your flight. 

For all other Canadian domestic connections, collect your bags and proceed through customs. Follow the signs to your next airline check-in area, which is about a 10 minute walk.  

When checking in for your flight from the United States, confirm with your airline if your bags will be through checked to your Qantas flight, or if you need to collect them in Vancouver. 

If your bags are through checked, then on arrival in Vancouver, clear customs and either proceed to the check-in desk to collect your boarding pass, or to the departure gate.

Otherwise, collect your bags, then after clearing customs, follow the signs to International Departures, level 3, to check in for your Qantas flight.

Follow the signs to International Departures, level 3, and proceed to the designated boarding gate.
