Eligibility

Members will earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on eligible products and services. Qantas Points will be earned on the total value of the invoice for eligible products and services (inclusive of GST). This includes online purchases and in store products including installation. It does not include any payments made to third parties outside the invoiced amount. The name on the invoice needs to correspond to the registered Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number. Eligible products and services are retail flooring, window furnishings, tiles, products and services purchased from Carpet Court retail stores or online.

When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?

A member must provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase to earn points. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of transaction, you will not earn Qantas Points.

How long until I get my Qantas Points?

Points will be allocated within 60 days of the product delivery date or completed installation. Points will not be allocated unless payment is received in full for the invoiced amount. Further details are available at the Carpet Court website
