It's unusual, but if your Qantas Points haven't appeared in your points activity statement, here's how you can claim them.

Claim missing points for flights

Qantas Points will be added to your account for eligible flights within 14 days of the flights. To claim missing points for travel on eligible flights within the past 12 months, simply login to My Account Be sure to have your flight details handy - they can be found on your e-ticket or boarding pass. Please note, reviewing the claim can take up to 24 hours for Qantas flights and 14 days for partner airlines.

Claim missing points for other partners

It can take up to eight weeks after the transaction, but if they haven't appeared by then, please contact the partner directly. You may be required to provide supporting documentation to confirm that you're entitled to the missing points. Not all partners accept retrospective points claims.

Cards and banking

If you have a Qantas Frequent Flyer linked credit or charge card, points earned on your everyday spend should be automatically  credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. If this isn't occurring, contact the card partner to ensure that your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number has been correctly linked to your card account. Qantas Frequent Flyers have up to 90 days from day of check-out to claim missing Qantas Points for Qantas Hotels or Airbnb bookings.

Shopping

Qantas Shopping
When you purchase items via Qantas Shopping, it can take at least 15 days for the retailer to confirm the purchase information - it will then be listed under your shopping history on Qantas Shopping, along with the expected date the Qantas Points will appear in your Frequent Flyer account. Points usually appear after the retailer's return period has passed, and they've confirmed the points can be awarded - this can be up to 95 days after the purchase date.

If you think you should have received your points by now, complete the contact us form online, attaching your proof of purchase, eg a receipt or tax invoice.
