Travelling around Australia with sporting equipment can be challenging and expensive.  By utilising our pre-organised group check-in available at most of our Australian domestic airports, we make the end to end check-in process easy and time efficient. We can offer additional baggage allowances for eligible sporting groups; just include your baggage requirements and sporting team details within your quote request to your travel agent to obtain further information.

At Qantas, we appreciate the need for musicians to carry their instruments with them. Musicians, who are registered members of an eligible musical association, are able to travel with additional baggage allowances. Please include information on your musical instrument as well as the eligible musical association details within your quote request to your travel agent to obtain further information.

Qantas can also offer assistance with groups travelling with reduced mobility and other specific needs.
