With daily Qantas flights between Australia and Tokyo, you can connect to/from multiple destinations in Japan on a Qantas codeshare flight operated by Jetstar Japan flying one of its modern Airbus A320-200 or A321 Neo aircraft.
There are two main airports in Tokyo - Haneda and Narita. Qantas flights operate at both airports, while Jetstar Japan has its hub at Narita.

Connecting between Narita and Haneda airports
The distance between Haneda and Narita airports is approximately 80km, and if you're travelling to/from Sydney and connecting with a domestic flight in Tokyo, you'll need to change airports. When transferring between the airports, allow at least four to five hours between flights.
