No, this new policy includes the conditions to extend the ticket validity to 31 December 2023 and waive the change fee as well as the new flexible conditions.

No name change fee applies and the ticket does not need to be upgraded to a Flex fare in line with normal domestic fare rules. Only QF operated and marketed flights can be booked.

Reissuing from one Corporate QCI to a different QCI is not permitted nor is reissuing from a Qantas to a Jetstar fare. If a commissionable fare is reissued to a non-commissionable fare, commission will be reclaimed via Agent Debit Memo (ADM). 

Yes, for this policy we are permitting name changes on international tickets, provided only QF operated and marketed flights are booked and the ticket credit is completely unused.

No, you will need to continue using this credit within the rules of the Ticket Credits for Multiple Bookings (628180) policy. 

No, if your customer’s ticket in credit has not been redeemed and you can no longer view it in your GDS, please contact QAC or your local Sales Support for assistance. 

This policy offers rebooking options only. A refund can be processed if there was a UN/TK in the original booking or if the ticketed fare was fully refundable. Please refer to the relevant fare rules, Schedule Change Policy and Refund Policy on Qantas Agency Connect. 

Yes, once you have reissued the ticket, normal ticketed fare rules apply.

No, all the information you require to reissue your customer’s ticket is provided in the policy. Just make sure you include the authority number in the ticket endorsement when you reissue.
