Next generation cabin upgrades for Qantas' A330 aircraft

Qantas has unveiled new Economy seats with larger entertainment screens that will feature across our Airbus A330s which operate international flights between Australia and Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo as part of a major refurbishment program.

We've recently enhanced our Schedule Change service request and policy, making it easier to understand and apply when handling involuntary schedule changes for your customers.
The Schedule Change Service Request process is now reduced to just three steps, allowing you to obtain an authority code within 30 seconds.
