Your customers will experience the same world-class Qantas service and inclusions when flying onboard an Airbus A330-300 aircraft operated by our trusted oneworld® partner Finnair.
While these services will be operated by Finnair with Finnair crew and pilots, and look a little different to our aircraft, we have worked very closely with the Finnair team to ensure that these flights meet the same exceptional level of comfort and service your customers expect from Qantas. Your customers can still look forward to enjoying Qantas’ inflight dining, entertainment and amenities onboard these flights.
As this is a lease and not a codeshare arrangement, we will be treating these services as if they were our own Qantas-operated flights. Qantas will follow existing processes and support you and your customer at every step of the journey as normal.
There is no change to the flight schedule or check-in process – your customers will still check-in to a QF flight number at the airport at the Qantas desk, kiosk, or via the Qantas App.
There is no change to carry-on or checked baggage allowances and your Qantas Frequent Flyer customers will still access the existing benefits they currently enjoy as part of their membership.
