SPRK Servicing Guide

This Servicing Guide provides travel agents with the process to follow when they have a Qantas Distribution Platform booking via their Technology Partner system and are using SPRK for servicing. Please follow the process below to complete the booking.

1. Rebook the flights in the GDS
2. Cancel the booking in QDP
3. If you do not have access to the GDS, then contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, to rebook
4. Contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, who will reissue the ticket

Note: Where Qantas operated and marketed flight/s are unavailable, please contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, before cancelling the original PNR to request the flight/s to be transferred to the new PNR.
1. Refer to the Qantas Agency Connect website for the Commercial Policy and the applicable authority number
2. Rebook flights in the GDS
3. Cancel booking in QDP
4. If you do not have access to the GDS, then contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, to rebook and reissue
5. Contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, to reissue the ticket

Note: Where Qantas operated and marketed flight/s are unavailable, please contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, before cancelling the original PNR and request the flight/s to be transferred to the new PNR.

Listed below are existing processes and do not require a workaround. Please refer to Qantas policies and apply for the below scenarios.

Contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, who will reissue the ticket

International Name Change Post Ticketing
Refer to the Name Change Policy

Full Refund under Commercial Policy
1. Refer to the Qantas Agency Connect website for the Commercial Policy and the applicable authority number or authority code
2. Submit a refund request via BSPlink or ARC.
